CPA returns are allowed within 7 days of receiving an item to recevie a full refund.
All electronic items carry a 12 month warranty. If an item is deemed faulty outside of the CPA period due to a manufacturing defect, the unit will be replaced.
If the item is deemed to have been damaged due to negligence or inappriate use, then the item will need to be repalced at the owners' cost.
