Abacus Telecomm is a specialist in the field of least cost routing and data solutions. Abacus Telecomm only markets solutions that effectively reduce telecommunication costs.
With this in mind, Abacus Telecomm is able to ensure 100% service levels and 100% focus on its clients.

Abacus Telecomm installs, monitors and maintains PABX and least cost routing solutions and offers all three cellular networks (Vodacom, MTN and Cell C) as well as alternative networks such as Neotel, Skype and other VOIP providers.

Abacus Telecomm also provides all mobile data solutions currently available (3G/HSDPA/EDGE/IBURST/CDMA/USDPA/ADSL/DIGINET) fax to email, email to fax, VOIP as well as IT infrastructure including holistic communications management with our Soltura Product.

Currently Abacus Telecomm has 600 active clients and a data base of nearly 2500 clients of which most are serviced in one of the aspects of the business in one way or the other.

In addition to this Abacus Telecomm has an infrastructure of contract based technicians in every major centre across South Africa as well as technicians in the smaller remote areas of South Africa.

This ensures effective and expedient delivery of requipment to literally every corner of South Africa.

Agreements are in place with these technicians to ensure that service level agreements in place with our clients are honoured.

All equipment used by Abacus Telecomm is at all times at the forefront of technology.
All warranties relating to the before mentioned equipment is covered by the manufacturers.

In this way clients can have the peace of mind that in any event, as long as the equipment is within warranty, the client can be assured that the equipment will be serviced and maintained.

All equipment installed by Abacus Telecomm is pre-programmed before leaving the offices for installation. This facilitates the remote management and control of the equipment via SMS and/or DATA connection.
All equipment is therefore able to be remotely maintained and controlled from one central point. This also assists with the reports that are issued from Abacus Telecomm.

With a combined telecommunication experience of over eighteen years, Abacus Telecomm has come to understand its client’s needs and expectations of telecommunications.

In the event of any equipment ceasing to operate the equipment will communicate with Abacus Telecomm’s offices, allowing Abacus Telecomm to proactively perform preventative maintenance.

Furthermore reports are issued to Abacus Telecomm, which are generated by the networks, on a weekly basis.
This again allows preventative maintenance to occur and therefore increases the transparency of the equipment to its clients.
